Zimbabwe – Potjiekos with Meaty Beef Bones
This is a wonderful meaty stew that really fills you up. The broth is so flavorful and infuses the beef and vegetables with a delicious flavor that you just want more of. The subtle flavor and brightness of the rosemary really finishes the dish off in a wonderful way. What an amazing final dish on my quest to cook one dish from every country in the world.
